What is the "How To" Tutorial?
The "How To" Tutorial will explain and take you through the Employee Orientation Demo course. It will begin with information on how to navigate the site and take you all the way through to receiving your first certificate.
What is a sample course?
Our samples courses are shortened versions of our actual paid for courses which give you an idea of what to expect in regards to the content and quizzes contained in the actual paid for course. You will not receive training credit hours or an actual certificate of completion, it is merely a means of helping you decide if you would like to purchase our products.
What will I need to utilize these programs?
1. Employee information.
2. Computer with internet access.
3. Register and set up an account.
4. Payment.
How do I create a new user account?
Creating a new user account is quick and simple. Choose "Create an Account" from the top navigation bar. At the bottom of the "Is this your first time here?" column, click the "Create new account" button and fill out the new user form. Ensure you fill out all of the required fields which are red and marked with an asterisk*. Once you have completed the form, you will be instructed to check your email for a message to confirm your account. Simply click on the verification link in the email and your account creation will be complete.

I tried to create an acccount and it says that my email account is already in use. What do I do?
Each user account created on our site requires a unique email address, so you cannot create multiple user accounts with the same email address. If you need to create a new email, Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo! are quick, free and easy. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Each program is priced different based on the content that it contains and the amount of credit hours it is good for. Current pricing can be viewed by choosing "Courses" from the top navigation bar.
How do I pay for a training course?
We utilize PayPal to process payments for our training courses. PayPal currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal Account. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay using your credit card or electronic check. We currently only accept checks via the mail for child care centers who wish to take advantage of our customized orientation programs. Do I have to have a PayPal account to pay for my course?
No, you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for any of our courses. We only utilize the PayPal payment service which does not require you to have a PayPal account.
