Customized Orientation

The Employee Orientation Program can be customized to include information specific to your child care center. This is done by adding an additional section (Section 11) on the end of the existing Employee Orientation Program. Ideas of customized information to include are; fire evacuation maps and directions, center hours of operation, current capacity, etc. There are no upfront costs in creating a customized Employee Orientation Program for your child care center, just a slight increase of $1.30 in usage costs (see Customized Payment Options below).

The $1.30 in usage costs includes up to 10 pages of content and 10 questions (using Prepared for Success’s design standards). Any additional pages beyond the 10 pages of content and 10 questions will cost $0.10 each in usage costs. 

Example:
Your center’s custom section includes 15 pages of content and 10 questions. The charge would be $1.30 for the initial 10 pages of content and 10 question pages plus $0.50 for the additional 5 pages of content which would equal $1.80. A single use payment for your customized Employee Orientation Program would be $13.75.

Customized Payment Options

1. Option 1: Single Use
    a. Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eCheck, PayPal
    b. Cost: $13.25+ (depending on the amount of pages you have
    c. Advantages: Pay-as-you-go
    d. Disadvantages: Must enter payment information each time

2. Option 2: Child Care Account
    a. Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eCheck, PayPal, Check, Money Order
    b. Pre-Pay Cost (per use):

  • 1-9 = $13.25+ (depending on the amount of pages you have)
  • 10-19 = $12.25+ (depending on the amount of pages you have)
  • 20+ = $11.25+ (depending on the amount of pages you have)

    c. Advantages: 1) Centers with pre-paid child care accounts are given a keycode which in turn is given to the employee for access to the program instead of the center owner or director having to enter payment information. 2) More payment options. 3) Bulk discount rates.
    d. Disadvantages: None
