Research has shown that caregiver training is an essential component and a strong predictor of quality in childcare. Prepared for Success, LLC. will provide this integral part of quality childcare and positively impact the future of the children in our community.
Mission Statement
The mission of Prepared For Success, LLC. is to contribute to high quality childcare by providing a comprehensive training program for all newly hired employees, substitutes, and regularly scheduled volunteers that meets or exceeds the state requirements for early childhood programs.
Training Goals
1. We will provide the most current and accurate information available on all training topics.
2. We will present the material in an easy to understand, informative and inspiring manner.
3. We will provide built in safe guards to insure that each person is accountable for learning all the material presented.
4. We will make our program affortable and cost effective for directors and administrators to utilize.
5. We will work closely with the Department of Children and Families to guarantee compliance with all rules regarding the care and education of young children.
6. We will make our program available to all group centers in Wisconsin and provide assistance and ongoing support to directors for easy implementation and use.
